If you are new to SuperBuy, the process can feel overwhelming. This guide breaks every step into simple instructions so you can place your first order with confidence.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Sign up at SuperBuy with an email address. No verification is needed to browse, but you will need to add your shipping address before checkout.
Step 2: Find Your Item
You can paste a Taobao, Weidian, or Yupoo link directly into the SuperBuy search bar. Alternatively, browse the SuperBuy Spreadsheet categories on this site to find items, then copy the link to SuperBuy.
Step 3: Add to Cart and Submit
Once you find the item, select your size and color, then add it to your SuperBuy cart. Submit the order and pay the item cost. SuperBuy will then purchase it from the seller.
Step 4: Warehouse Arrival and QC
When the item arrives at the SuperBuy warehouse, they take inspection photos. You have 72 hours to review the photos. If something is wrong, you can request a return or exchange.
Step 5: Submit for Shipping
After all items arrive and you approve the QC photos, select the items you want to ship and choose a shipping line. Pay the shipping cost and wait for your tracking number.
Step 6: Track and Receive
Tracking updates appear in your SuperBuy account. Delivery times vary by carrier and season. For the US, expect 7-14 days with express carriers and 14-30 days with standard lines.
